It looks like she has a prolapsed vent. Keep the red tissue from drying out with ointment such as vaseline, hydrocortisone cream, mineral oil, etc. A human calcium tablet with d3 might help with muscle contraction. Is she pooping? Sometimes the can be trying to pass an egg when it can prolapse. Keep her separated from others while the prolapse is out.

I looks like she may have prolapsed, it's hard to tell.

I would keep the area clean and coated with an oil or ointment to keep tissue from drying out. Coconut oil, honey, mineral oil, preparation H, etc. can be used to keep the tissue moist.

Get some Extra Calcium into her. I wouldn't continue with the BluKote, it makes it hard to see what's going on.

Do you best to keep the area rinsed of poop. If any of the brown sloughs off and it looks different, update us with photos.
