ACV and Garlic question I have researched

The unfiltered, "live" type such as Braggs is really best because it still has the active stuff in it. I don't know if the regular stuff has the same benefits or not. I've been told that it doesn't.

I would use Braggs its organic with the mother in it. Go to local grocery store if they don't sell it ask the manager to stock it for you.

Wow thats a big price diffrence, On amazon it was over $20.00. I am going to check a few places today. No GNC anywhere near me, there was it closed years ago.

I don't know where you are but Kroger carries Braggs.

Most chain grocery stores are starting to get 'organic' sections. It often is stocked in this area.
Some smaller grocers won't carry it, but even in my little town the grocery store has Braggs in the organic section of their store.
