Is it possible to make more acv from What you have? I have a quart and I would like a gallon. Can I just add water to the acv (with mother) in a larger jar and get ACV in 3 months???

No. Water is not part of the process of making ACV.

That said...some claim in the internet to add some water (never the amount mentioned) to existing mother and vinegar and eventually it becomes ACV. If you do it, you have to test it after several weeks to make sure it has the acidic values, etc.

I have only seen it made with juice added to the original starter with mother. And that was decades ago.

ACV is just apple cider vinegar isn't it, you can just get more from the store, even organic if thats what your talking about, from my understanding acv doesn't have to be the homemade kind to work.

but no adding water to existing acv will just dilute it down & when it evaporates you'll end up with same amount & strength you started with.
