there is nothing wrong with feeding ACV. For a while I was drinking a teaspoon per day myself. But long term with a good diet ACV should have no difference to their health.

Will it cure diarreah? Erm no when I was drinking the stuff I could claim no difference to my bowel movements. It would be the equivalent of taking a vitamin C tablet .

Do they get enough grit? Good quality grit provides a lot of health benefits.

I was recommended to put acv in their water all the time to prevent worms. Any thoughts?

ACV will not prevent worms...it's also not good for it to be a full time thing.
