Add an adult hen to a group of 10 8 weekers

I have a group of 8 weeks old chickens and I'm going to a flea market today to possibly get one adult chicken is it ok to just add the adult with the 10 other 8 week chicks

I would quarentine her for a few weeks. Make sure she is healthy first. I would not just add her to the little ones.
