I have 3 "white faced black spanish" hens and added 2 - twelve week old RIR's to the flock.

The 3 WFBS hens are being real mean and pecking at the RIR's. The RIR's are in the coop and the WFBS won't allow them to come out to eat in the run.

They're being very loud too.

Is this normal or should I do something?

Put some food and water in the coop for them as well. They will have to establish their pecking order but this should only take a day or two. make sure that the young ones aren't too young to be with the big girls. Is there enough room for them to get away if they need too?
