Added light 2 weeks ago, still no eggs

I did however have one of my 3 y old hens lay today!!!!!!!!!!!! She kept going in and out and in and out of the nest all day long, she finally laid one!!! Now to convince the younger ladies to follow suit I just changed the light hours to come on at 430 am and changed the evening hours to end at 730 instead of 9.
