I have 3 6week old Frizzles and am going to be adding them in with my 10 week old mixed batch of bantams. I have put them in the run with the older one for short periods of time and also watched them as I left them on the outside of the run. When I put them in the run I have one roo that picks on them and they run to the corner and try and hide from the older ones. My question is, are they establishing the pecking order with the newer ones? Having a hard time leaving the "babies" in with the older ones.

I did exactly what you are doing last week. I made a little fenced area in the run where they could see each other, but not pick on each other. After a few days, I let them out under my supervision, and one day I just decided to leave them alone. It was hard, but they were fine later that day. The little ones have a couple of places to run and hide so I think it worked out well. Good Luck!

I'm trying to add 7 4month olds with 5 1 yr olds and it ain't working. The big ones attack the little ones and I've had them together in 2 different pens for a month now where they could see each other but still not getting alone. One of the 7 new ones is a Rooster. Help!!
