So I've got two females (big black stars) and I would like to get a bantam rooster to keep the girls in line and to protect them, would it be difficult to add one to a flock? And are they agressive or loud?

If you're planning on breeding them, I'd imagine he would experience some difficulty.
As for integration, I don't think it would be too hard but supervision is a must.
Whether or not a rooster is aggressive or loud depends on the breed and the individual.

It looks like your hens are fully mature from your avatar. No one can give you guarantees on how a living animal will behave in a situation, but as long as your bantam rooster is fully mature I would not expect any integration issues. If you get an immature cockerel that could change dramatically.

Are bantam roosters loud or aggressive? It purely depends on the individual. Practically all will crow some. That can be really loud and carry a long way. The question is when and how often. I don't know what you mean by aggression but it doesn't matter. Behaviors related to human aggression or aggression toward the hens will vary tremendously among roosters of the same breed, let alone all bantams.

Could you recommend any calm and quiet breeds?
