adding a chicken run

well the wife is not done yet. now that the chicken coop is done and we can move the coop any were in the garden that we want . my great wife is now building a chicken run it will be about 2 feet wide and about 2 feet high, and 6 feet long with very small holes in the wire so a cat can not reach a paw through it . we will be able to put the chicken run between the rows in our garden and the chicken can help us weed the garden. every week i will be able to move the run and add some chicks to it.
we are still working on the plastic fence stuff not sure if we will ever get it to work.

Tell your wife she's doing a great job! No chicks lost to cats or hawks and no digging in the veggies!!

Thank you I will tell her. God found me the greatest wife in the world. She is just a old honest hard working do it her way only country girl. She will not let me touch the things she builds.

I read here on this forum about a wife that had her baby chucks in her basement and her husband told her that the 3 or 4 week old chucks had to go outside that weekend or else. As if the wife had no say what went on in their home at all. Believe me I would never ever disrespect any women like that especially my wife.
