Adding birds...

So I want to add 2 about 7 week olds to my 3 8 week olds and one 12 week old.... any way I should do it....

You shouldn't put them in right away, but rather put them nearby the older chickens. Let them see each other without being able to reach each other, and do this for a few days. This will get the original hens to get used the the new ones without picking at them, and will help discourage any bullying. Keep an eye on them though when you finally do introduce them fully!
