Adding chicks to my flock

I have 3 Ameracuna chicks that are 3 weeks old. I have kept them inside in a large dog crate with a heat light. Our overnight lows have ranged from the 20' to the 50's. When can I add them to my girls?

I would wait a few more weeks until they are completely feathered on their heads.

Thank you. They are wanting to fly and hate being in the crate.
