Adding chicks

I picked up 18 chicks March 28. I've got 4 black jersey giants, 4 buff brahmas, 4 barred rock, and 6 silver laced wyandottes. The rest won't be here til April 6th. Can I add put them in with the others once they're all about the same size or will that be a problem?

Mixing chicks a couple weeks different in age isn't a problem. Just make sure they all act healthy before putting them together.

Thanks. I'm building a larger brooder box to accommodate all of them later. I was thinking about putting a wire mesh divider in the middle to keep them apart til they get used to each other

Got them all moved in together with no problems
