Adding flock members of various ages to various ages

Is it safe for me to introduce my (7 birds)13 week old silkies/(4)-6 week old Americanas to my 2year old RIR(4),(3)leghorns, (4)EE -20 weeks
Ive had them seperated with chicken mesh for about a month now

Well what I usually do is put the younger ones in a separate pen for them to see each other through the fencing it really doesn't stop the pecking but the pecking isn't as bad
