I have 4 adult males Guineas (our female was killed) and have an opportunity to add an adult female. Will the others accept her? Thanks

Yes but it is going to cause lots of fighting among the males to determine who is going to be her mate. If possible it would be much better to add four hens.

Any time new guineas are added to a flock they will likely be outcasts for a while. But everything changes when breeding season rolls around. I agree with @R2elk that adding more than one female will help all of them, including the females, to adjust easier.

Remember that any guinea needs to be confined for several weeks when moved to a new location. Otherwise they may just fly away.... ;)
