Investigating Adding media to my gallery

I'm having issues adding to my gallery.
I tried 3 times (clicking "upload file") and still get the same thing. I did close and open BYC and nothing.

From the mobile app I got from the Play Store, I couldn't add any media. I would click on add/attach/upload, whatever option, and nothing at all would happen.

Several folks here recommended going to the actual site, then downloading the app from the menu there. That fixed my problem immediately.

I'm not sure if this addresses your issue or not, but good luck!

I tried on an android phone and on a computer (Chome/Chromium) and it works for me. I'm not a tech whiz, but maybe try clearing your cookies? I don't know how that would relate to uploading images, but it's the only techy-thing I know to do besides turn it on and off again.

Do you have a different browser to try?

I'm so far from a tech person it's sad, but clearing cookies saves me often, lol.

Yeah, I tried in another browser, and it doesn't even let me get to my photos.
