adding new silkies to flock

Hey guys! Wondering if anyone had had issues adding silkies to an existing flock, and how to make it a easier transition for them. I've got a small flock of 3 10 well old pullets (one brown leg horn, one golden laced Wyandotte, and one EE) and I just got 2 6 well old silkie chicks.and already the BL is picking on the silkies intently. Help! As you can see the silkies are still pretty small....

The safest way to add to any flock. Separate but able to see each other for a few weeks.
