Hello everybody,
I have:
1 flock with 14 hens,
1 flock with 4 hens and 1 rooster,
1 hen alone,
1 rooster alone,
1 flock with 2 hens,
and one flock with both a male and a female guinea hen.
I want to get the hen that's alone with the lonely rooster, but I don't want the rooster to be too rough should I put them together? Is that okay?
And would it be okay to take 2 of the 14 hens and put them with both of them?
My last question is:
The hen that was with the rooster passed away on Easter- (Happy Late Easter, Sorry!)
How long is it okay for a rooster to be alone?
Thanks!
The Angry Hen,
P.S
I wish they all got along but some are too stubborn to become one big flock!
