need some ideas. I don’t know if it can be done or if I should just build a new coop all together. Anyone have any ideas. I’m adding 3 new hens. So I need three more feet to add on. I have two roost in it.

Well ... if your happy with your current type of setup ... then an addition could work, if you can figure out how to seal the roof joint ... or, just put on a whole new roof once the addition is added ...

However ... if you think you would like to try a different coop style, even a walk-in ... now is a good time to do that!

While it currently looks small ... if it were me ... I'd rather not deal with a reach-in elevated coop ...

6 more feet of roost is probably going to be fiercely contested by the current hens when you bring in newcomers. How many do you currently have?

The present coop looks "snug", what are the inner dimensions?
Tend to agree with the rest, building a walk in would be the best and make it as big as you can cause Chicken Math will catch up to you again

Don't know your location, you may want to update your profile with it, gives us insight as to your time zone, weather conditions and predator possibilities. You may want to consider a storage shed & convert it to a coop. Here, due to mild weather, some are using dog kennels, adding covered roofs, roosts and nest boxes.
