Adding one silkie to a flock of three?

First that is a polish and if you don't have polish i do not recommend adding one to an already existing flock because of their crown feathers its like them saying look at me look at me there crown is an attention getter and not good for adding without already existing polish poor little girl if your friend can find the culprit tell her to hold it down chest to the ground it will tell that chicken that she is the boss and not the chicken and it will stop or if she can't figure out which one it is find someone that has polish and rehome her

Thanks everyone! I did a little more research on Polish and came to the same conclusion, it’s best I don’t take her in. I did find something called Rooster Booster and suggested to my friend that she maybe tries that.
Not sure what Rooster Booster product you are talking about, but.....
Suggest the following to your friend (obviously I don't know what their set up looks like):
- trim the Polish's head feathers so it can see better and doesn't stand out as much as being different
- increase the flock's protein intake which may help reduce feather picking
- add clutter to the set up https://www.backyardchickens.com/threads/a-cluttered-run.1323792/ to provide hiding spaces and general boredom busting
- rehome the bird to someone else who has existing Polishes, or perhaps Silkies
....these^^^^ are excellent suggestions.
