We have three 3 1/2 week old chicks and have 2 turkey poults arriving this weekend. What is the best way to introduce the poults into the flock?

Congrats on the new turkeys!

You should probably wait until the turkey poults have learned to eat and drink without a problem, as they are known to not be that smart at a young age, especially without a mother to show them what to do. After they strength up (and smarten up) then you could try the introduction. You don't want to wait too long, or the turkey will be to big, but you might want to wait until they are around the same size.
Young birds do better than older birds in introductions.

I just thought I'd mention, though don't let it stop you, that some people don't keep turkeys and chickens together because of blackhead disease, which chickens can carry and pass on to turkeys, killing them. However, many people keep them together without a problem, especially if the disease isn't in their area or flock. Chicks in a brooder haven't contracted blackhead yet, and so can't pass it on to turkeys. Like I've said, a lot of people have kept them together without a problem.

Best of luck!
