Adding some vitamin suppliment to the water? My runt needs help!

I read somewhere recently that you can add something to the chicks water, some sort of vitamin powder? I have runt chick that looks like it could use some miracle grow!

You can add poly vi sol without iron. It is for human babies, found in the pharmacy. Make sure to get the kind without iron. Have you tried feeding the chick some scrambled eggs? Also, is the stuff stuck to it's bum or is it just on the stuffed animal. If it is stuck to it's bum use a warm rag to gently wash it off. Good luck.
Oh, the powder vitamins are found at Tractor supply. It's in a yellow packet and not very expensive. The guy there told me to mix in just enough in a gallon of water to make it look like weak lemonade. I usually add a half a teaspoon.

Thanks, I will look for both this evening while we are in town. The thing stuck to it's bum fell off, in that pic she was only about 12hrs old!
