Adding treats to baby's

At what age can I start giving 2, 3 and 4.5 week old chick treats. I give the layers, worms, crickets, spanich, salad mix, raw egg treat and egg shell. Also bread, crackers and even animal cookies.

i would not give them any layer, for it has to much calcium in it for chicks that young. they need to be on chick starter feed and treats in low amounts till they are around 8 weeks of age. ( this is how i do mine) william

Sorry, I meant that I give the laying hens all of that stuff. I only give the chicks starter 20% right now.

you can start to give the 4.5 week olds a few greens if you want, but it may mess with there bellys a little, i wait till they are 8 weeks
