adding water to the Janoel 12 incubator

using a meat injector to add water to an Janoel 12 incubator. allows me to add just the right amount of water as needed. after calibrating the incubator with the hydrometer. You can add water thru. the vent hole. no need to open every time. I found this to be very effective way of doing it.

That's interesting. I always wondered if that would be possible, but I didn't try it because I was nervous that I would mess up the elements in the lid. The water doesn't get on the cords and wires? Thanks for posting this
 
How many mL did you add daily?
Me? I use little cups for my water. If I put water in the bottom my humidity skyrockets. I use these two cups, but bottle caps or anything will do. I fill them up and then go from there.

Sorry, that question was for the OP! :D I love the cup idea with reduced surface area, which effectively lowers the relative humidity though, MGG! :goodpost:
