Adjusting different age ducks. HELP

I got 2 pekin ducks about a week ago now. They are great. Two days ago we got 2 blue swedish duck. So they are a week apart. We were told we could put the ducks together just watch out that they dont get squished. Well the pekins were packing and pushing around the little ones. We separated them for now. But we want them to all be acquainted. Is that normal? How do we go about integrating them?

Last spring I got three pekins and a week later three welsh. For the first day the pekins ran into and pushed the new babies around. I supervised them and protected the newest little ones. After a day or so they were over it and they all got along just fine!

the key thing is to make sure you watch them. Sometimes a look but no touch works if you do it for a week or so.
