Adjusting her crop or should I be concerned?

My chickens crop is so big and she keeps twitching her crop , she had diarrhea a few minutes before this then she started attacking me out of nowhere? I did give her quite a bit of food which she gulped down way too fast, did she just eat too fast or is there a problem? She’s sleeping right now

How old is she? Does she have access to grit (small rocks)? Could be a crop problem if her crop is not properly emptying in the morning. Check her in the morning to see how her crop feels.
