I know that we had to make adjustments for cooking times when we switched to grass fed beef, are there any adjustment for cooking free range cornish x?
I am going to roast a whole bird, what temp & time per pound should I use? My fav chick, Big Bird, turned out to be a Cornish X and if I mess up I will not be happy w/myself so I wanna get this right and couldn't find any definitive cooking times anywhere.
