I found my Goose standing oddly in one of the houses. Thought maybe overheated. But she is lighter than her counterpart, has droopy wings, and her eyes are fluttering oddly. Every so often she reaches out her neck like she needs air, but then is fine.

This is my first time having geese so I'm a little lost. Adding a video of the eyes and picture of how I found her. She's sitting on my lap now and her eyes keep displaying and then going bigger again. Ocular seizure? Not sure.

Over heated? Sick?

Any help is appreciated.

Definitely something neurological going on. How long in total has this been going on?

Is there anything like wires, bits of metal, paint shavings around that she could have gotten ahold of?

What feed is she on?

Have you noticed any strange droppings? Mostly white in color? Black, red, salmon, pink, yellow, or bright green? Are her droppings mostly watery or bubbly? Have you noticed any mucous in them?

Have you noticed any changes in her appetite?

Do you hear any gurgling or bubbling from her abdomen?

Have you seen her pulling up clover by the roots or chewing on any potentially toxic plants?

Do you have a lot of centipedes around?

There’s a lot of things that can cause this, nutritional deficiencies, toxic substances, hardware disease, certain infections and viruses, head trauma.

Feed is Dumor All Flock, free range as well.
Poop is normal. Sometimes solid,.sometimes a little more watery. No signs of parasites so far as I can tell.
Because she free ranges it's hard to tell if she picked up anything random, but it's possible.
No gurgling. But she does keep dropping water back out her nose.
Last night eating like a champ. This morning not so much, but she is drinking.
I've started her on Poultry Cell twice a day and Tylosin since it's broad spectrum.
Today she still has droopy wings and is off balance/lethargic. But she's whistling up a storm!
I'm wondering if I should deworm as I was reading up that could be a potential, even though I can't see it in her poop.

What do you mean by “whistling up a storm?” Has she had changes to her voice in the last few days?

Geese don’t often get worms unless you have a high worm load on your property, but they do get giardia and coccidia. Safeguard can treat giardia to an extent and a lot of worms, ivermectin pretty much just treats mites. Corid and Toltrazuril will treat coccidia but you can’t administer corid while also giving B vitamins.

Lol she's just talking a lot. But she doesn't honk yet. It sounds like whistles to me.

Her poop honestly looks fine. I'm really leaning toward vitamin deficiency cause I noticed she ate the scratch I gave her but not the feed. (Fed separately.)

Keep giving her the poultry cell, you can also add liquid B complex “if you have any” with that.

Her symptoms are neurological and it definitely could be a vitamin deficiency.
If your feed looks like it has a lot of oyster shell excess calcium will bind to nutrients and cause a vitamin deficiency over time, Dumor all flock feed is okay, some people say it’s highest but I’ve had a few bags that were loaded with oyster shell to the point that it was clearly repackaged layer feed, quality consistency isn’t tractor supply’s strength.

Some sort of poison or toxin can’t be ruled out though. Deficiencies can manifest in different ways, but her exact symptoms are what one of my duck’s had earlier this spring when she was stung by a centipede, though her symptoms only lasted three or four hours.

You might also try a flush on the chance there is something nasty she swallowed.
