Adopted after school hatching program, what gender?

As the post says, wondering if these 2 are roosters. I'm pretty sure they are because they've started 'standing up' to each other like roosters do but am still holding out hope they are not because I will be keeping them no matter what! I have no idea what breed they are as they are 'leftovers' from a school hatching program, so any ideas on breed would be great but I suspect they are just some type of mixed breed. They are 16 weeks old. Thanks in advance!

Just guessing but I think they are both males. They seem to have same amount of comb and wattles. But, I've heard people say when they have reddish markings like your second bird does, that's where males have it.
 
The 2nd one looks like a red sex link and you can tell the gender by their color and it's definitely a male. Here's a red sex link roo

Their markings are masculine. Any red rooster with a white hen can produce cockerels like these.
