Adopted by rooster...what breed?

This rooster showed up in my driveway last week, looking rather beat up and bedraggled. He is missing all his tail feathers and a couple toe nails. He is very friendly and good-natured, however. Can anyone tell me what breed he is? He has yellow legs and a single comb, in case you can't tell from the pictures.

Dont some EE's have yellow legs? He does appear to be rumpless in the pic.

On topic, since EEs are mutts they vary extremely. It is entirely possible for them to not have green legs!

It looks like his tail feathers are starting to grow back, so I am pretty sure he isn't rumpless.
