Looks like a game roo. I have a few EE (lays light green and blue eggs) and both have yellow legs.
Could be a golden Laced EE though.

I was looking at feathersite.com and noticed that there is a drawing of a welsummer roo on the welsummer page that looks just like him. Does anyone think he could be a welsummer roo??
