Adopted Roo

A neighbor purchased pullets (at Rural King/Hoover Hatchery) but was unable to keep this seven week old suspected roo. They were told this was a Golden Laced Wyandotte. We adopted him for our flock but he doesn't look like a wyandotte. Understanding that they can occasionally have a single comb, the feathers are not matching either. Appreciate any thoughts.

He reminds me of a female sicilian buttercup… but without the buttercup comb and he is not a female. Certainly a gorgeous bird but most definitely not a wyandotte haha.
