Adopted this guy what breed is he?

This guy was living in an aviary with some budgies and a few bantams. We took him on as was for the cull otherwise. Can anyone help us with what bred(s) he could be? 8 months old. He's huge!

I don't see any silkie characteristics either but, he is a good looking bird.
