So Cackle got my order slightly wrong, they gave me 6 silkies instead of 6 turken, which I didn’t catch until I got home. But I did catch the silkie with cross beak. They gave me another silkie, but wouldn’t take the cross beak one back. I’m pretty upset I’m gonna have to watch the baby fade away since it’s pretty severe.

I got a couple pictures of them in the brooder. Tomorrow I will try to get some more of them all.

As far as I know there’s not anything you can do to fix it. If it can eat on its own, then it will be okay, if it can’t then it wastes away. I’m trying to see if my mom will take it as a pet. With a new born baby, I can’t.

Okay, so I got my order of chicks from Murray McMurray. Doesn’t seem to be any issues with the order of the chicks themselves. I’m having a dark time identifying the free surprise chick though.

These are the Columbian Rocks and the Lakenvelder.

These are the naked necks, they all look different, it will be fun to see how they turn out.

Then I have the silkies.

The one with cross beak is also missing an eye. I’m working on getting my mom to take it as a special pet.

It’ll be fun to see these colors also.

So far it is doing okay as far as I can tell. My mom said that if it is still alive in a week or 2 that she’ll adopt it.
