Quote: SHira was already before the sun peeked out of the mountains. She walked over to his door and knocked, silently only for him to hear.
Mark heard Shira knocking on his door but went to the window and slipped out thinking that nobody would notice what he was doing. A person walking in the street saw him climb out the window and went to tell the tavern keeper.
"Did you know that you have a young man that is leaving and he didn't even come through the main room of your tavern?"
Winter walked through a forest path heading towards a town she had been to several times before.
Mark sat quietly at the back of the common room eating his breakfast. He scowled when he saw the guards come in and ask for something hot to eat and drink but he took the opportunity to make his escape from the town because he knew that something even more dangerous than the hellerash was inside the town-himself. Nobody except for the one person who helped him up from the stable floor knew about his occupation.
Mark walked up to the bar, paid for his meal then left the tavern. He made sure that he had all of his stuff. He ran until he had to stop for his noonday meal. As he was eating someone came up behind him and tried to kill him. But he ahd placed a spell that would allow him to know if someone was coming. So he took that person out.Shira finally found Mark at the table, but didn't approach him. She walked up to the bar and ordered some juice.
