Phoenix spotted something weird in the distance. Is the river coming to life?! She hopped off her perch, and soared closer for a better look.

Nick rose from the water like a waterfall in reverse," I am different for no reason other then what I believe.."

He paused for a moment, "well, it's nice to know you are of no threat.. though you weren't much of one before either" the ghost like figure stared the water horse down, a black smoke seeming to vaporizes off of him.

Phoenix swooped onto a tree bordering the river. She peered down and saw that the river was NOT coming to life, and it was one of the water horse things. She shuffled her talons nervously, those are not the nicest creatures!

Phoenix watched as something dark and scary left the scene. She pointed her sharp beak towards the water animal. Uh, oh. He saw me!!!
