Disappointing about the burbons...

I have some burbon eggs in my incubator and plan on selling those as poults. I got the eggs pretty cheap so I figured why not and make a little off the poults. I do enjoy hatching eggs!

I see what you are saying about trying to keep them around 20 pounds. Makes sense. We are planning to process the weekend before thanksgiving also, and I don't want to have to freeze them either!

I will say the bourbons are delicious.... But the he's only averaged 7.5lbs which is actually enough for our family of 4 for a big meal. You should do well with the poults
