In my five years here, there are only two people that I have had to 'block'.  Sometimes I tend to be somewhat succinct (my wife says that I am blunt) in my advice, and upon occasion folks have misinterpreted my intent.  I have received a few 'hate' PM's.  Some I have resolved, others I have just let slide.  Some of our younger members upon occasion tend to over react.  I have read many of your posts, and regard you as a class act.  Just block this person and have no further interaction with them.

Seminole, just ignore the person. I come across people like that sometimes and I just figure I won't change them. Though I do report nasty posts if I see them!

Life is a huge bell curve. For every perfect person, there is going to be one on the other end of the spectrum.
Knowing that does not really help when our feelings have been hurt.
It always bothered me when I allowed that one nasty person to cut me to the quick, when all of the other 99.99 percentile were either okay or down right charming.

If I were sick, I think some french toast and wine would be Charming. I'd want to be Seminole wind's chicken, If I were a chicken.
(I'd want to be my dog... if I were a dog...but then who would feed me?)

THAT is PRECIOUS!!!!!! And you are right, only nice people on this thread. I have to say that it's people like all of you that make BYC the way it is. Those 2 winos are my very first hens from hatchery chicks after I had stumbled on BYC by accident. Just reading got me addicted. And hubby had to build me an A-frame coop.

I am soooo sick of some of the people here!!! They have nothing nice to say. They think they know it all and want to prove everyone else wrong. They are just miserable jerks. I know a lot about chickens, but nowhere close to it all. I love this site and learn something new every time I visit. What really chaps me when a young user is using the site and gets smarmy remarks. If you don't have anything nice to say, keep your remarks to yourself. Whew....I feel better now after being chapped half the day for something someone has said on here.
