I did say "depending on age and species." Also, falconers do trap "passager" or first year birds. Apprentice falconers typically start with a Red-tailed Hawk (or Kestrel) they capture within the bird's first year. I believe apprentices can only start with wild-caught birds that are already flying.
 
I seriously think that you won't get any answers here on how to do what you are asking.

People are quite leery of posting on an open forum about things that will aid in an illegal activity.

If the game warden happens to visit while you have your visitor captured, you will be facing some serious fine.

Falconers usually take first year birds, which yours might be.
