Advice for Considering Wild turkeys

We live in the country with 6 acres and a great deal of farm land around us. We have 3 windblocks which are rather large, but I am not sure if there is enough cover and space to bring in wild turkeys. My brother thinks that they will move out to a more wooded area... thoughts/or experience

If allowed to free range, wild turkeys will eventually leave. They may return to eat, but by nature they are a roaming bird. The flocks move to where the various seasonal mast is located.

Yes they will wonder off....but it is great to see them strolling about your place.
