I don't think living in a city would prevent you from being NPIP tested.

I guess we assumed with the breeds/varieties of birds you have and the numbers of each that you would have mixed breeds, unless you also got a rooster of each breed.

I only plan on first selling Silkies so a Silkie rooster will be needed.
And with our how neighbors are, we would most definitely get the police at our door since we were called on for a barking dog at 4am that wasn't even ours. Our dogs don't bark at 4am but the neighbors decided to call on us anyways.
