I have had some hatch like that because of humidity issues. My guess is that she just got really weak in shipping because she didn't get as much nutrition as the others and didn't have enough to hold her during the trip. As long as mine started eating and drinking they did fine and you would never know the difference now. I would make sure she gets some vitamins and hopefully that will get her strong enough to eat. If so, she could make it. Good luck.
