Advice needed about hatched chick.

So the last of my hatch needed assistance.
Yolk was all absorbed but it was in an odd position and had dried up quite a lot so helped it out
It made it through the night, yolk was all absorbed etc but it's not fluffing up very well, it's fluffed a little underneath and around neck but it's quite feeble and dry despite good humidity.
Hoping it's just going to take it's time but not sure if theres anything else I can do to help it?
Its spending most it's time laid down but will flail about every so often and its chirping, eyes open and lifting head if I hold it.

It will be exhausted after being stuck. Have you got any poultry vitamins or electrolytes you could give it to give it a boost? Even some sugar water. Just drip it on the tip of its beak so that it runs down the side and it should instinctively drink a little. Don't put it directly in its mouth as it could aspirate.

Hopefully it will perk up soon. If its down isn't fluffing up properly it could be as a result of the membrane sticking to it. You may have to give it a bit of a wipe with a damp q-tip but don't get the chick really wet.

I can sort some sugar water, does it need to be slightly warm?
I'm pretty sure all the membrane is off it now but it was all dried onto it so perhaps just taking a while? Ill give it a bit of a wipe and see if that helps.

You can also try a toothbrush soaked in warm water. Warm sugar water is perfect, you don't want baby to be shocked by cold water.

So its had a bath and gentle scrub and blow dry. Also had warm sugar water.
This is the best I could get it to fluff up just still seems so feeble. But it's not getting worse, just not improving at all. Rather confused. Currently still got it in the incubator. Not sure what's going on with it?

It wont stand or lift head. Just scrambles slightly every so often. Kicks legs and flails head about and cheeps if I pick it up
