ADVICE NEEDED Bumble foot with a cut, rather than a core, how to proceed?

Hi, I'm dealing with bumble foot, I soaked her foot with Epsom salts, and I'm not sure how to proceed when I saw what I was dealing with.

I was reading your thread on external pain relief, do you think bozacaine would be ok to dab on if there's digging involved?

I soaked it for another 20 minutes, the dark spot disappeared but there's still a scar from a cut, it's pretty well healed. Should of cut it open? I don't Relish that. She's barely walking and her foot is very swollen and painful. She's not really eating.
