Advice needed for fox proof run

As Howard E stated, coons can rip right through the chicken wire. I learned the hard way on that when I first started keeping chickens. Then two years ago I had to stop letting my birds free range and had to 100% enclose my chicken yard after loosing several hens to a fox attack middle of the day. I watched as it easily jumped my 6 foot horse fence. Where there is a will there is a way and they will exploit any weakness.

I’m lucky that we don’t have any racoons in England but we do have lots of foxes! Will keep building and wont put our feathered friends in there until i’m sure its fox proof

The rocks are buried down with the wire, just hadnt dug them all the way in at the end when i took the pic. Figured if a fox was gling to dig down he may give up if he keeps hitting rock!
