advice needed for wild momma cat

I think if you keep trying with the trap you will eventually catch her. Even if you have a few false alarms with some of the others first!

I really commend you for spaying/neutering wild cats. The humane trap sounds like the only way to go. Wild cats can be cagey!!

Good luck catching her and I hope she will be easier than the wild one we have. I still have yet to catch her since her last batch of kittens. She or something sets the trap off eats the food and walks away. I know it works cuz we've tried it with our indoor cats to make sure, lol. At night she'll come out sit in the yard and stare at us if we are on the porch. I think she's saying "nannna nnnaaa boooboo you can't catch me, lol"

we have exact same situation... we have the babies in our garage. mom was so wild we left her be until the time comes for snip/snip.

we did catch many a chicken though... duh.
