advice needed on introducing new drake to the flock

i am getting a new call duck drake today and i wanted advice on how to introduce him to my flock. i have one OLD drake and 3 hens currently. what's the best way to introduce them? i also want him to know this is his home and not to fly away.

put him in a cage by him and in a few days let him out there will be some fighting but this is normal
