Advice needed on sick pullet

Thanks everybody for your advice. I am going to get some Tylan tomorrow and start treating her and see what happens. She may just end up with a buddy of her own and in a separate part of my yard. I am such a wimp when it comes to culling. Although it may be best, I hate to give up on her so quick
