Advice needed!

Hi all this week I got my first chicks. Of the five one is not looking too good. She sits by herself, her wings are always drooping and she often has her eyes closed. She has also had pasty butt ( I have been cleaning it). What all could be wrong with her? The other four are fine. Thanks in advance for any info.

Maybe try adding vitamin supplements to their drinking water and make sure the brooder is not too hot.

Ideally poultry ones, but ask at the store. Sorry, I live in Africa so I can't be specific

Just seen one name - nutridrench or chick- saver should do the trick

They are about 4/5 days old. I got them from a breeder. Thanks CTKen. I live in Africa as well.

We cleaned her up this morning and she is eating, drinking and pooping. I will keep a close eye on her to make sure she is ok.

Give her food with lots of carbs and vitamins in it. She'll probably be okay after that. Make sure she drinks, eats and sleeps enough too

I use livestock vit powder that's added to drinking water - it covers everything from cows down to chickens

Nutra drench is avail at Tractor supply and other farm geared stores. am a newbie so took the advice of someone on here and started right away adding nutradrench. They were getting a bit of pasty butt so added a bowl of chick grit and a bit of organic apple cider vinegar also to their water, after a few days no more problems.
