I had 6 fertile silkie eggs in the incubator... yesterday was day 21 and by early afternoon all had externally pipped... by late afternoon 4 had hatched... it's been almost 24 hours since the remaining 2 eggs pipped and there appears to be no progress... can't really tell if they r still viable because the 4 chicks r peeping and moving the 2 remaining eggs about so I can't really see the pipped area anymore and with the chicks running about I can't be sure if the 2 pipped eggs r moving on thier own.. the temperature and humidity has not changed since the others hatched....any advice would be greatly appreciated... should I move the chicks to the brooder so I can determine if the 2 remaining eggs r alive... should I bump up the humidity for the 2 remaining eggs...should I do nothing for now... and how long do I wait before moving the hatched chicks and/or assist the 2 unhatched eggs

We have done many different combinations of all the above with varying results. in this case we move hatched chicks to brooder, make sure humidity is good and observe.
